Peter van Baarle

Peter van Baarle has been a tax adviser with De Keijzer Nipius & Co since April 1992. Before that, he worked as a tax adviser with Arthur Andersen & Co in Amsterdam. He studied corporate law at the University of Utrecht and tax law at the University of Leiden.

His specializations include stock exchange and securities dealers, corporate service providers (lawyers’ and notaries’ firms, secondment companies), pension and standing-right companies.

René de Keijzer

René de Keijzer is one of the founders of De Keijzer Nipius & Co and has been with the company as a chartered accountant since October 1991. Before that, he worked as a merger and takeover specialist with Contest M&A and as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co in Amsterdam after his work with KPMG. He is specialized in mergers and takeovers. In addition, he focuses on valuation issues and problems between shareholders mutually and between shareholders and directors. His client portfolio includes IT, secondment and biotech companies.  

Rob Nipius 

Rob Nipius is one of the founders of De Keijzer Nipius & Co and has been with the company as a tax adviser since October 1991. Initially, he worked as a tax adviser with De Boer and Van Keulen (currently part of PricewaterhouseCoopers) and later as a tax adviser with Arthur Andersen & Co. He studied Dutch at the Free University of Amsterdam and tax law at the University of Amsterdam. He is specialized in tax matters related to the managing director and major shareholders.

Bart van der Poel

Bart van der Poel has worked with De Keijzer Nipius & Co as a chartered accountant since 2002. Since July 2003 he has been a partner in the partnership. Previously, he worked with BDO, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Bart took the advanced master’s programme at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. His specializations include ICT- and web-based companies, the media and entertainment industry and secondment companies.

Patrick Lemmens

Patrick Lemmens is working since 2004 as a chartered accountant for De Keijzer Nipius & Co and became partner as per 1 January 2007. Before he worked in the national and international practice of Ernst & Young. Patrick took the advanced master’s programme at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. His specializations include business services, international industry, advertising-media, mergers&acquisitions.
