Our people 

De Keijzer Nipius & Co staffs young, enthusiastic and forward-looking people. We are an informal club that rewards initiatives handsomely and gives a good plan serious consideration. People first have to prove why they want to do something, though. Besides, we encourage our staff to come up with ready-made solutions.

Our organization is open and flat. The responsibility is at the lowest level possible in the organization, although it is carefully managed. In addition to initiative, we expect from our employees that they act pro-actively at every level, that they have direct contact with the client, that they link clients to one another, that they conduct open communication and that they are not narrow-minded.
